Writing a brief information about my music, guitar playing and defining terms such as fingerstyle, was always a nightmare for me.

So, to avoid trapping myself in terms definition, I'll be simple as much as possible and try to describe a content of this site.

This site is dedicated to classical and fingerstyle guitar music. You can find here my original compositions and arrangements/transcriptions of Croatian folk tunes, folk songs around the globe and arrangements of compositions written by various classical and contemorary composers.

All songs are in standard MIDI format and sheets/tabs are mostly in Power Tab (PTB) and some in PDF format. Beside MIDI files, there are few songs in Ral Audio G2 format.

I will also try to give a brief explanation of various guitar tunings I use and also to explain some tips&tricks regarding on fingerstyle playing.

And now, a few words about myself: I was born in Split, Croatia in 1959 (oh my god, it was long time ago). My name is Sinisa Petric akka Petra and I made my first musical steps with violin. After six years of violin study I've started to play guitar and after all those years I still enjoy playing, composing and discovering that wonderful instrument, and still trying to play it in violin style (left hand at least).
